As president of Chinapac International, Jenny Soares has made a career of travel for more than 40 years.  She has been instrumental in developing unique, memorable travel experiences and in ensuring the highest level of service and best value for her clients. Born in Hong Kong, Jenny has crafted strategic partnerships throughout Asia, creating new travel routes for her clients, whether for business travel or pleasure. She credits her accomplished management team for ensuring thousands of satisfied customers.

Otis Ashby
Director, Sales and Operations
As Director of Sales and Operations, Otis Ashby keeps the Chinapac team running smoothly. He has more than 10 years experience in the travel industry and an extensive travel resume, including trips throughout Asia (China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Singapore),  the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Mexico and the USA. Equipped with a Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and a Software Systems Development diploma from BCIT, Otis is known for his creative approach to travel planning and his personable style. He was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and enjoys spending time in the garden, great music and honing his martial arts skills.

Arthur Soares
General Manager
During his 25 years as manager of Chinapac International, Arthur Soares has made quality and service his priorities, taking more than 100 trips to China and Asia to ensure the highest level of services and accommodations. Arthur is driven to ensure great experiences for his customers, pausing only to enjoy some time on the golf course or at the movies.

Gina Siu has more than 10 years of experience in the travel industry. In addition to having traveled extensively throughout Asia, Gina has explored the colourful cultures of Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Mexico. She specializes in finding the right travel adventure for her clients and in looking after the details. When not traveling, Gina likes to escape with a good book.

Fiona takes pride in looking after the small details that make your trip extraordinary. With 18 years experience in the travel industry, and more than three-quarters of that as a travel professional in China, Fiona has the expertise and contacts to ensure every detail is looked after. She has travelled extensively in Asia and Africa, including Egypt, South Africa, Kenya and the United Arab Emirates.

Bitten by the travel bug, Shanghai native, Jacqueline Jing is dedicated to sharing her passion for exploring with others. In her role as Senior Travel Consultant, Jacquie ensures memorable journeys for her clients, be they new to traveling or seasoned explorers. She has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, North America and Australia and always packs plenty of reading material to enjoy on the journey.

With nearly 15 years experience as a travel professional, Cindy Liao is dedicated to helping create unforgettable memories from around the world for her clients. Cindy, born in China, has spent time in traveling throughout  China and Hong Kong as well as Myanmar and the US. She loves music, singing and dance and finds her passion for photography is the perfect complement for her love of travel.

Sandy Chiu
Junior Travel Consultant
As the newest member of the Chinapac team, Sandy Chiu brings an enthusiastic and fresh approach to travel planning. She loves the sandy beaches of Thailand, Mexico and Hawaii and has also explored Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and China. Born in Taipei, Sandy is an avid cook who impresses her dinner guests with delicious Taiwanese dishes and impromptu performances at the piano.

Outside Sales and Tour Leader
Peng You brings more than a decade of experience in the travel industry to his role as Chinapac International’s Outside Sales and Group Leader. Focusing on creating fun, memorable experiences for group travel, Peng understands that attention to detail makes the difference between a good trip and a great one and that the group dynamic plays a strong role in the success of any journey.  He has traveled throughout Hong Kong, China, Japan and Central America, and is also an accomplished Tai Chi Master.

Brad and Lauren Kent
Tour Leaders  

Retired psychologist Brad Kent and his wife Lauren, a retired educator, have turned their passion for people and places into a second career as Tour Leaders with Chinapac. Both have more than 20 years experience organizing and leading tours for groups from 12 to more than 60 people.  Since 1988, the Kents have led tours throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Galapagos islands. They’ve cruised the Yangtze, the Nile, the Greek Islands and Alaska, all the while ensuring a memorable and enjoyable journey for their guests
